Blank & Baker Construction Management is led by a group of executives whose knowledge, experience, principles, and professionalism set the standard for all the company's employees and trade partners.

With a B.S. degree from Purdue University’s Building Construction Management program and more than 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, Chad Blankenbaker has built Blank & Baker Construction Management from the ground up. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential components necessary to navigate a construction project from conception to completion. His knowledge of all trade areas involved in new construction, sophisticated renovations, and historical restorations prove invaluable to the company and its clients. Chad’s recognition of the importance of scheduling, cost control, and quality control underlies his successful completion of many challenging projects on time and within budget. Combining technical expertise, field experience, and executive ability, he brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to all of our projects.

With a B.S. from Boston College in Accounting and a M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, Julie brings more than 10 years' experience and exceptional skills in corporate finance and operations. Prior to joining the company, she worked in the retail field in business development and with Deloitte as an auditor. Julie’s expertise in financials and business administration along with her passion for decorating and product selections make her invaluable to Blank & Baker’s clients and an essential contributor to any project team.

A graduate of St Ambrose University, Dave joined Blank & Baker in 2008, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, business administration, and project management. As a former CEO and GM for construction and marketing firms, he brings the skills, knowledge, and insights gained through that experience to his role on Blank & Baker’s management team. Serving as the communication liaison among our clients, architects, engineers, and other consultants, Dave’s commitment to excellence and service orientation is essential to Blank & Baker’s ultimate goal of customer satisfaction.
